The discussions helped reinforce synergies between training and operational needs, while opening promising perspectives for the development of programs tailored to the sectorโ€™s evolving challenges.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to bp for its continued collaboration with INPG, which clearly demonstrates the critical importance of promoting and developing local content in Senegal. This ongoing commitment significantly contributes to strengthening national competencies and enhancing human capital at the heart of the energy sectorโ€™s transformation.
